paradise islands on
the pacific and indian oceans
struck by giant waves
once peaceful an eden
to many enticing beauty
pristine waters breathtaking scenery
fun sun sand along the beach
watching sunset above the ocean
picturesque and beautiful
sat on a sandbar enjoying a Mai tai
or drink an ice cold beer to chill
water sports a plentiful
scuba diving water skiing snorkeling
view the fascinating world
beneath the ocean swim
with the dolphins
or just stroll along the sandy
sugary beautiful beaches
heaven on earth
from lava dark grey brown
to white powdery sand
but then came a catastrophe
that shocked the world
thousands of corpses
underwater and above
the ones that were alive
ran for their lives
today we remember
those victims of tzunami
we pray for their souls
buried beneath the ocean
on these beautiful islands....
